About Rod

Rod Wasylyshyn practices civil litigation in Edmonton, with extensive trial, appellate, and arbitration experience including complex multi-party matters, construction and builders' lien disputes, creditor rights, corporate disputes among directors and shareholders, real estate and condominium disputes, employment matters, and professional negligence including medical malpractice. Wasylyshyn has served as court-appointed Independent Supervising Solicitor on Anton Piller orders. Wasylyshyn leads Ogilvie LLP's firm management alongside Wasylyshyn's litigation practice, having joined as a student-at-law in 1996 and made partner in 2006. Wasylyshyn earned a Bachelor of Laws with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996 and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada since 2021.
