About Jeff

Jeff Fixsen is a partner at Duncan Craig LLP who has advised corporations and individuals for over two decades in corporate and commercial law, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and financing, and trademarks. He leads the firm's real estate practice group and has served on its management committee, building long-term relationships with owner-managed, family-owned, multi-generational and start-up businesses across Edmonton and Northern Alberta. He holds an LL.B. (2003) and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction (2000), both from the University of Alberta, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Corporate Law since 2020. He is a past director of CASA - Child, Adolescent, and Family Mental Health.
