About Robert
Robert Richler is a partner focusing on employment, labour, and human rights matters, including wrongful dismissal claims, severance negotiations, and workplace investigations. He has practised law in Ontario since 2008 and in British Columbia since 2019, working both as in-house counsel and in private practice, and holds an MBA alongside his law degree. Robert advises unionized and non-unionized employers on contract negotiations, terminations, and collective bargaining, and also handles performance management and workplace conflict resolution. He has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario as well as the Human Rights Tribunal and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, and has appeared at federal inquiries, mediations, and arbitrations. Robert holds a B.A. in Psychology from Queen's University and an LL.B. and M.B.A. from Dalhousie University.
