About Robert
Robert Mullin is a lawyer in the Guelph office who focuses on Ontario condominium law, advising developers, property managers and condominium boards. He handles standard unit by-laws, indemnity agreements, declaration and rule amendments, enforcement including liens and powers of sale, mediation and arbitration, and compliance orders, and assists developers in forming new condominiums. Robert also practises municipal, planning and land development law, serving as principal counsel to the Township of Centre Wellington and the Township of Woolwich and appearing regularly before the Ontario Municipal Board. He teaches condominium law at Conestoga College and has been an active member of the Canadian Condominium Institute, including as past president of its Golden Horseshoe Chapter. Robert holds a BA (Hons.) in political science from the University of Guelph, an LL.B. from the University of Windsor, and an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School specializing in municipal law. He was called to the bar in 2003.
