About Robert
Robert Ben represents victims of traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other serious injuries, as well as wrongful death claims, across Ontario. Before representing plaintiffs, he spent the early part of his career defending large insurance companies and also trained as a social worker, and he has appeared as counsel in numerous trials in the Superior Court of Justice as well as on appeals to the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
