About Robert

Robert Kuhn founded Kuhn LLP in 1998 and practiced with the firm until his retirement on December 31, 2021. Over his 40-year legal career in Vancouver and Abbotsford, he maintained a diverse practice both in and outside the courtroom, appearing before numerous tribunals and all levels of court in British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Canada. He developed particular expertise in charity and not-for-profit law and served on many boards. He now volunteers with organizations serving the Parkinson's disease community, including as a member of the Parkinson Advisory Council of Parkinson Canada. He earned his LL.B. (1979) and B.A. (1976) from the University of British Columbia.
