About Joe
Joe Scafe is a partner at Young Anderson with a general municipal solicitor's practice focused on property, commercial, and procurement law. He grew up in Terrace, BC, completed his Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Northern British Columbia in Prince George, and graduated from UBC Law in 2012. He guest lectures on municipal law at UBC and is the former co-chair of the Municipal Law subsection of the Canadian Bar Association's BC Branch.
