About Robert
Robert heads the business law group at O'Connor MacLeod Hanna LLP, with more than 25 years advising on company formation, business sales and acquisitions, mergers, corporate reorganizations, succession planning, and financing transactions. His work spans industries from IT to manufacturing, serving businesses from start-ups to large companies. Robert completed his Honours Economics and History degree at McMaster University and his law degree at Osgoode Hall, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1999. He articled at OMH and has remained with the firm since. He has served as a judge for the Oakville Awards for Business Excellence and as a past director of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce.
