About Khalid
Khalid Baksh practises civil litigation, including insurance, commercial, and estate matters, as well as not-for-profit and charity representation, human rights, and administrative law. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court, and administrative tribunals, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1990. He has lectured at universities, the Insurance Institute of Ontario, and the Ontario Bar Association, and has taught at the Bar Admission Course for the Law Society of Upper Canada.
