About Robert
Robert MacGregor's main focus is family law, where he advises and represents clients through separation, divorce, custody and parenting time disputes, support issues, property division and child protection matters. He handles both collaborative negotiations and courtroom advocacy at conferences, motions and trial, and also practises civil litigation, wills and estates, powers of attorney, and real estate. Before articling, he worked at Community Legal Aid during school and a Durham Legal Aid clinic over the summer. MacGregor holds a history and political science degree, with a minor in gender and women's studies, from the University of Western Ontario, and earned his law degree from the University of Windsor. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2019 and belongs to the Durham Region Law Association.
