About Brian

Brian John Raymond Hall practises family law, immigration law, real estate law, workplace safety and insurance law, landlord and tenant matters, and civil litigation in both English and French. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993 after earning a bilingual BA in Political Science with First Class Honours from College Universitaire Glendon in 1990. Brian articled with Gowling, Strathy and Henderson, then joined the firm now known as Creighton, Victor, Alexander, Hayward and Morison as an associate in 1995, becoming a partner in 1997. He has practised there ever since, focusing largely on family law, immigration law, and administrative boards and tribunals. Outside the office, Brian is a black belt Tae Kwon Do instructor who has competed internationally for Canada, winning a silver medal at the 2013 Canadian Open.
