Charles Morison was called to the bar in 1980 and became a partner at Creighton Law LLP just two years later, building a practice centred on family law, real estate, and wills and estates. In family law he advises on divorce, custody, access, property division, and support, along with marriage contracts and separation agreements, and he litigates in both collaborative and adversarial settings. His real estate work covers purchases and sales of personal and commercial property, while his estates practice includes powers of attorney, wills, and defending or challenging estates. Charles has appeared at every level of Ontario court, including the Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal. Beyond his firm, he has served as Director and President of the Durham Region Law Association, as a part-time Crown Attorney, as an agent for the Office of the Children's Lawyer, and as a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court for over forty years. He was named Business Person of the Year by the Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce in 2014.
