About Robert
Robert Bruggeman is a partner at Bryan & Company focused on corporate finance, advising public and private issuers and private equity groups across various industries. His work includes mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations, as well as securities and stock exchange compliance. Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and his LL.B., both from the University of Alberta, in 1997, and was called to the Alberta bar in 1998. He was named Lawyer of the Year for Securities Law in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada.
