About Nitin
Nitin Bhatia is a founding partner of SB LLP and team lead of the firm's Real Estate Group. Bhatia's transactional practice covers corporate securities and banking matters together with commercial and residential real estate, working with land developers, retail and hospitality developers, financial institutions, private lenders, chartered banks, credit unions, and members of the Alberta Real Estate Association. Bhatia was appointed King's Counsel in Alberta in 2025 and teaches Commercial Real Estate and Financing at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. Bhatia also serves on several community boards in Edmonton.
