About Diane
Diane Wu practices corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial transactions. Previously based in the firm's New York office, she developed expertise in Canada-U.S. cross-border M&A transactions. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2018 and completed her articles in 2019/2020.
