About Risha

Risha is an associate lawyer at GKS Law Firm. Before joining the firm she practised wills and estates, civil litigation, real estate, employment and family law at an international firm in downtown Vancouver, and she has experience with discoveries, mediations, settlement conferences, arbitrations and trials at both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology at Simon Fraser University, her Juris Doctor at Bond University, where she was awarded First in Class in Contract Law, and her Master of Laws at Bond University with a specialization in Dispute Resolution. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2020. Risha serves as a Board Director at the Richmond Community Foundation and is a regular keynote speaker at local high schools.
