About Yuhan

Yuhan Yang works with the Tax/Trusts team, focusing on tax planning for business owners and closely-held corporations, including structuring new businesses, tax-driven corporate reorganizations, estate plans, and trust arrangements. She has also assisted clients on general corporate commercial and real estate matters, and completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course.
