About Gail

Gail is the principal lawyer at GKS Law Firm, where she has represented unions and individuals in WorkSafeBC (WCB) compensation matters for more than 17 years. She has worked with a wide range of clients on WCB appeals and has developed a strong understanding of the appeal process, giving her clients the advantage of an experienced WCB lawyer as they move through it. Gail holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), both from the University of British Columbia. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch).
