About Rinku

Rinku Deswal is a lawyer and owner of RD Law Professional Corporation, with offices in Mississauga and Toronto. Before law school she earned a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology in Chicago and an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, and she earned her law degree at the University of New Brunswick. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2004 and began her career at civil litigation firms in downtown Toronto, developing a focus on aviation law and representing air carriers before the Canadian Transportation Agency. At her own firm, Rinku's litigation practice now spans civil matters, aviation, and family law, and she also serves as general counsel to a number of Greater Toronto Area businesses handling risk management. She has chaired Peel Crime Stoppers and served on the boards of St. John Ambulance and Victim Services of Peel.
