Rick Ewasiuk, KC, is a partner at Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP with more than 40 years of experience in sophisticated corporate transactions including acquisitions, mergers, partnerships and corporate reorganizations, spanning both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. He advises businesses, health care corporations and educational institutions on contracts, credit issues and policy matters, and has a significant practice resolving shareholder and partnership disputes.
