About Darren

Darren Richards is the owner of Richards + Company, Barristers & Solicitors (formerly Richards Wood Toogood) in Edmonton. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University in Virginia and an LLB/JD from the University of Alberta, and he was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta bar in 1993. His practice is concentrated in residential and commercial real estate and in corporate and commercial law for small, medium, and large owner-managed businesses. He has taught the Law Society of Alberta's Bar Admission Course, advises the Real Estate Investment Network, and is a past president of the South Edmonton Business Association.
