About Rick

Rick practices civil litigation with a primary emphasis on employment law, personal injury, insurance and expropriation law. He has appeared before the Labour & Employment Board, the Expropriation Advisory Officer, and the Provincial Court and Court of Queen's Bench of New Brunswick in its Probate, Family and Trial Divisions. Nesbitt earned his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 1988, following a B.Ed. from the same institution in 1985, and was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 1989. He has been recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner in commercial insurance litigation, and is a member of the Moncton Area Lawyers Association.
