About Renee

Renee Matthews co-founded CITO Treble and has more than a decade of experience in the energy sector, advising clients on the commercial and legal aspects of power projects and petroleum and gas transactions. Her practice includes negotiating domestic and international joint venture, joint operating and partnership arrangements, and the cross-border acquisition and divestiture of energy assets. She also advises on structuring upstream petroleum and gas exploration, development and production projects, and assists clients with corporate and commercial matters relating to onshore and offshore petroleum, gas and power projects.
