About Remo

Remo De Sordi has spent his career advising business clients in corporate and commercial law, including acquisitions and dispositions, agreement negotiation, financing, secured transactions, and shareholder dispute resolution, along with commercial real property matters. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1989 after earning his LL.B. and B.A. from the University of Manitoba. Remo is a director of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and chaired the Southern European Immigration Initiative connected to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. He was selected for The 2026 Best Lawyers™ in Canada in Corporate Law and Real Estate Law.
