About Rebecca

Rebecca Klass is associate counsel at Roper Greyell practising in all areas of workplace law with a particular focus on human rights, workplace investigations, and labour relations. In addition to her firm-based practice, she has worked in-house with international organizations advising senior leadership on high-risk employment matters and enterprise-wide policy development. She advises employers on accommodation management, harassment, discrimination, discipline, and labour relations. She holds a BA (Honours) and a JD, both from the University of Manitoba, and was admitted to the Law Society of Manitoba in 2016 and the Law Society of British Columbia in 2017.
