About Rebecca

Rebecca Etingin, known as Becky, is a lawyer and accredited family mediator who has practised with Spunt & Carin since January 2018. She is a member of both the Quebec and New York bars. Before law school she earned a psychology degree at McGill University, and she draws on that background, together with her legal training, to help couples reach compromises in mediation as well as in her litigation practice. Etingin has volunteered for several years at Project Genesis, which assists vulnerable Montrealers with their legal rights, and with the Friendship Circle, which supports families of people with special needs.
