About Amelia

Amelia Modica joined Spunt & Carin in 2024. During her studies at the University of Ottawa she was an active member of the Canadian Student Association for Children's Rights, which shaped her focus on advocating for children's legal protections. As the eldest of four siblings, she brings a personal understanding of complex family dynamics to her practice, and she is dedicated to offering clients personalized, compassionate support throughout the legal process.
