About Raymond
Raymond Guy (Guy) Miki is a founding partner of Swainson Miki Peskett and leads the firm's corporate-commercial practice. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law in 1987 and began his career at a large Vancouver firm, then served three years as in-house counsel to a publicly traded company before moving to Edmonton in 1992 to re-enter private practice. His corporate practice specializes in succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and operational support for small and mid-sized businesses, international corporations, professional corporations, and utilities corporations.
