About Raydon

Raydon (Ray) Frayne advises individuals, businesses, not-for-profits, and local governments across business law, commercial and residential real estate and financing, and estate planning. He appears before administrative tribunals and Alberta's Provincial Court and Court of King's Bench, and advises clients on incorporations, corporate governance, reorganizations, financing, and business purchase and sale transactions. He also handles commercial leasing, residential and commercial real estate, and estate planning and administration matters, including drafting wills, powers of attorney, and personal directives. Ray resides in St. Albert and works out of the firm's Edmonton and Stony Plain offices. He is a past two-term president of the Stony Plain and District Chamber of Commerce and was a director of the 2012 Alberta Winter Games.
