About Ray

Ray Power has a litigation practice covering private and public law disputes, including shareholder and society-member disputes, contract and tort claims, and property-rights enforcement, and maintains an advisory practice acting for witnesses across Canada. He appears at all levels of court in British Columbia, has advanced leave applications at the Supreme Court of Canada, and joined the DJA Counsel partnership in January 2025 after starting as an associate. He clerked for Justice Michael Manson at the Federal Court of Canada and has been repeatedly recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada as an 'Ones to Watch' litigator.
