About Rana

Rana Yavari is a family law lawyer with MacLean Law in Vancouver. She has appeared in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and has co-authored the Chambers and Partners Family Law Guide Canada. Rana handles custody, access, guardianship, property division, child and spousal support, and divorce matters across the province, and she has drafted complex marriage and separation agreements. She resolves disputes through mediation, arbitration, and negotiation where appropriate. Rana earned her LL.M. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2017 and her LL.B. (Honours) from the University of London in 2015. She joined MacLean Law as an articled student in 2018 and became a lawyer there in 2019. She is fluent in Farsi.
