About Randy

Randy McAuley is a partner at Goodmans, focusing on corporate and securities law. He has represented issuers, underwriters, and investors, both public and private, on capital markets work spanning mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate reorganizations. Randy holds a board seat with The Musical Stage Company, a charitable musical theatre organization in Canada, and he also serves on the boards of the Western Mustangs Athletic Alumni and The Canada-Africa Chamber of Business. He previously performed as a musician with the Juno-nominated vocal quartet The McAuley Boys. Randy also competed in football and track and field, earning seven-time all-Canadian honors in track and field at Western University and MVP recognition in football, and he briefly played professionally for the Toronto Argonauts in the Canadian Football League.
