About Randy
Randy H. Lebow is a partner who was called to the Ontario bar in 1985 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School. His practice centres on real estate law, with an emphasis on commercial matters, and he has extensive experience negotiating and closing acquisitions and sales as well as acting for lenders on commercial mortgage and construction loan financings. He handles land development files, including the related conveyancing work, Land Titles conversions, and registration of subdivision and condominium documentation, and he assists with disclosure materials for condominium and subdivision projects. Many clients rely on him in a general counsel capacity, and he has represented banks and trust companies in enforcement matters. He earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1983.
