About Randall

Randall Prime is Chief Executive Officer and a senior lawyer at Waterbury Newton, where he has worked since 1989, and has been a member of the Nova Scotia Bar since 1990. His practice includes property law, corporate and business law, commercial transactions, personal injury claims, estate planning and foreclosures. He earned his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1989 and a B.Sc. in Forestry from the University of New Brunswick in 1985. He is a Certified Lawyer under the Nova Scotia Land Registration System and a member of the Real Estate Lawyers' Association of Nova Scotia.
