Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionPeter Nathanson has a broad practice covering corporate and commercial law, health law, municipal law, litigation and property law, representing individuals, small businesses, multi-national companies and institutions. His experience ranges from residential purchases and sales to multi-million-dollar commercial transactions, and he has litigated employment, commercial, personal injury and construction law matters before all levels of court in Nova Scotia, as well as before administrative tribunals, arbitrations and mediations. He is a past president of the Kings County Barristers Society and has served as Chair of the Acadia Cinema Co-Operative, as a founding member of the Bio-Ethics Committee of the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre, and as a founding member of the Research Ethics Board of Acadia University.
