Ramisha Farooq is an associate at Cavalluzzo LLP practising administrative, constitutional, employment, and national security law, along with Aboriginal and Indigenous rights. She joined the firm in 2025 after two years at a litigation boutique in British Columbia, where she appeared at every level of court, and she previously clerked for the Honourable Henry S. Brown of the Federal Court of Canada. She earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law, where she volunteered with Community Legal Aid and Legal Assistance of Windsor and competed in the Jessup International Law Moot. She was selected for a fellowship with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees and now sits on the CBA's Admin Law section executive in BC. Before law she worked as a journalist for national news agencies, holding a Bachelor of Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University.
