About Rahim
Rahim Visram is a partner at W Law who practices in business and corporate commercial law and residential and commercial real estate. He has represented purchasers and sellers of businesses across a range of industries, shareholders in acquisitions, e-commerce enterprises, financial institutions, and commercial landlords in lease negotiations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Calgary in 2003 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2009 and the Saskatchewan bar in 2012, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers.
