About Jenny

Jenny Underhill is a partner at W Law with more than 30 years of experience in commercial and business law. She acts as counsel to lenders on commercial financing and retail enforcement matters, working with banks, partnerships, corporations and charitable foundations, and she advises on real estate, succession planning, corporate governance and First Nations economic development. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers. She earned her law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1990 and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1991.
