About Rafal
Rafal Kot is a partner and licensed paralegal at De Sa & Associates, where he appears in the Ontario Court of Justice on highway traffic offences, small claims matters, and landlord and tenant disputes. He has worked in the personal injury field in various roles since 2008, after his own car accident led him toward legal services. He started as an administrative assistant at a law firm in 2009 while completing a paralegal program at Everest College, finishing at the top of his class, and became licensed in 2013. Rafal holds a Certificate in Risk Management from the University of Toronto and is fluent in Polish. He works closely with clients, their families, and treating specialists throughout their claims.
