De Sa & Associates P.C. is a personal injury and paralegal practice based in North York, at 951 Wilson Ave, Unit 20, Toronto, ON M3K 2A7. The firm is built around licensed paralegals regulated by the Law Society of Ontario. Founder Ryan De Sa has been a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario since September 2010, after completing a paralegal diploma at Algonquin Careers Academy with multiple awards of distinction, and later adding a Masters in Law focused on international business, a risk management certificate from the University of Toronto, and a post graduate certificate in advanced dispute resolution from York University. Before starting the firm, De Sa was managing partner of the personal injury division at Marzel Law, after an earlier career that touched logistics, transportation, hospitality, media marketing, healthcare, and construction.

The team handles motor vehicle accident and accident benefits claims, impaired driving matters, small claims, and landlord and tenant disputes, and works on a contingency basis so clients don't pay unless they recover compensation. Partner Rafal Kot, a licensed paralegal since June 2013, came to the work after a car accident ended an engineering career, and worked at a post accident assessment centre before joining the firm. Between them, the team speaks Russian, Polish, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Spanish, Vietnamese, Gujarati, Turkish, and Georgian.
