Rachel Prestayko
Rachel Prestayko practises exclusively in construction law, working with owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. She handles lien and litigation claims, adjudications under the Construction Act, and alternative dispute resolution. Before law, she worked as a chemist and was a published co-author and co-inventor on nine patents. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.
