About Alan

Alan Butcher is a lawyer and mediator with 34 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. He spent 20 years at one of Canada's largest firms before running his own practice, and he joined Stebbing Butcher in 2022. He was appointed to Ontario's Assessment Review Board in 2018 and now offers civil and commercial mediation, including collaborative estates mediation with Jennifer Stebbing.
