About Joseph
Joseph O'Hearn joined Kennaley Construction Law as a student, completed his articles with the firm, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Leicester in England. He acts for participants across the construction industry on lien, disruption, delay, negligence, and deficiency claims, and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal.
