About Darcia

Darcia Perry acts for owners, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and architects on all stages of construction projects across Canada, representing clients in court, arbitration and mediation, and advising on construction contracts and the Construction Act. She has appeared before every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. She holds an Honours BA from McMaster University and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2012, articling at a full-service Toronto firm before working alongside Rob Kennaley at another construction law firm. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2013 and later joined Kennaley Construction Law.
