About Robert
Robert Kennaley is the principal of Kennaley Construction Law and has practised exclusively in construction law for over 25 years, after 15 years working in the construction industry. His practice covers construction disputes, including breach of contract and warranty, construction lien and trust claims, tendering, prompt payment claims, and adjudications. He is a Certified Specialist in Construction Law with the Law Society of Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998.
