About Rachel

Rachel Lichtman founded Lichtman Law and has spent more than a decade practising exclusively in criminal defence. Her caseload has ranged from fraud charges to serious guns and gangs matters, and she is known for pursuing strong results for her clients. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Law School after completing an honours degree in business at York University. Before launching her own firm, she worked at Greenspan Partners LLP, one of Canada's top criminal law boutiques, where she sharpened her courtroom skills. Rachel also teaches as an instructor with the Courtroom and Classrooms Superior Court Program, where she educates students about the rights of accused persons and the importance of a fair trial. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Criminal Lawyers' Association and the Trial Lawyers Association.
