About Rachel

Rachel Frank is an associate in Dale & Lessmann's Advocacy & Dispute Resolution practice group. Her litigation practice spans several matter types, including contract disputes, debt recovery, expropriation proceedings, class actions, human rights complaints, and administrative law issues. She works with clients in industries such as cannabis, manufacturing, real estate, and retail. Rachel takes a collaborative approach and helps both Canadian and international clients move through the litigation and dispute resolution process, appearing before the courts as well as in arbitration and mediation. She earned her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2015 and her BA (Hons) from Queen's University, and she belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates Society.
