About Rachel

Rachel Abrahams has a broad civil litigation practice focused on complex commercial disputes, administrative and constitutional matters, and appellate advocacy, appearing before all levels of court in British Columbia and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Before joining DJA Counsel she clerked for two justices of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia and practised litigation at a national firm. She volunteered as a clinician for the Law Students' Legal Advice Program and for a legal advocacy organization supporting women and children affected by violence, and received several academic and advocacy awards during law school, including the Wilson Moot Top 3 Factum Award.
