About Philip

Philip Osanic has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing since 1993 and practices from Kingston, serving clients in Toronto, Ottawa, and Central and Eastern Ontario. The practice covers civil litigation, contracts and business law, medical malpractice, insurance, negligence, and intellectual property matters. Beyond practice, Osanic is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Queen's University, teaching Appellate Advocacy at Queen's Law and Business Law I and Business Ethics at the Smith School of Business, both since 2003. Osanic has also taught International Business Law at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia.
