About Pierre
Pierre Grenier studied at the Université de Montréal's law faculty and taught civil procedure and labour law there, as well as legal science at UQAM, for several years. He was a partner at the firm until January 2021 and continues to maintain a practice on certain files in an advisory capacity, with extensive litigation experience in labour and administrative law covering union accreditation, grievance arbitration, judicial review, and constitutional challenges to legislation affecting employee rights, having argued before every level of court up to the Supreme Court of Canada. He has particular expertise negotiating collective agreements in the telecommunications, petrochemical, and oil sectors and for groups of health professionals, and is one of the firm's specialists in pension plans, pay equity, and job evaluation.
